Step 2
In this phase, learners build foundational technical knowledge aligned with German vocational education (Berufsausbildung) standards, particularly for the technology sector (IT support, programming basics, networking, digital systems). German language training advances toward A2 or early B1 level, focusing on job-related communication such as writing emails, reading manuals, and participating in team discussions. Educational materials are adapted from German technical curricula used in vocational schools and training institutes. Participants complete practical assignments and skill assessments that increase their employment score, which can lead to remote paid training, internships, or preliminary job offers from partner companies.
