Step 4

Step 4 is the final stage designed for participants aiming for academic careers in Germany, including positions in universities and educational institutions. Language training targets B2 - C1 level or job-specific academic communication, although some research or technical roles may require less German if English is primarily used. Participants take part in academic simulations, interview preparation, research collaboration, and scientific documentation aligned with German university and institutional standards. A scoring system evaluates academic competence, language proficiency, and project or research performance. Based on the final evaluation, participants may be offered academic positions, research roles, or opportunities within universities and educational associations in Germany.
